For as long as I’ve remembered, I’ve loved crafting things with my own hands. I got into design because I grew up loving art and code, and wanted to find a way to breath life into static displays and interfaces.

I’m intrigued by wabisabi and the art of creating perfectly imperfect things. I want create a future of products that feels occupied by and made for real people.

My Chinese name Kaixin (楷欣) is rooted in the word for happiness! It’s embedded in my life philosophy to be a bringer of joy to spaces I occupy :)
